Charging and Cleansing Your Crystals To ensure that your crystals maintain their vibrational energy, it's essential to regularly charge and cleanse them. This is particularly necessary when you first acquire the stones and then every 2-4 weeks thereafter, depending on usage. Please note not all crystals are water or sun safe. When in doubt, full moon, sound, smudging, and selenite are always safe choices. Refer to your crystal care card for specifics to your individual crystals. If you have any questions, please send us an email! Here are general guidelines for various cleansing and charging methods: 1. Running Water o Method: Hold the stone under running water. o Source: Natural spring water is ideal, but tap water is acceptable if the stone can be fully submerged. o Duration: Cleanse under water for about one minute. Make sure to dry the stone thoroughly with a soft cloth after cleansing. o Note: This method will not work for all stones as not all stones are water safe. 2. Saltwater o Method: Submerge the stone in saltwater. o Source: Use ocean water or mix sea salt with fresh water. o Duration: Leave the stone in the saltwater for 24-48 hours. After removal from the saltwater, dry the stone with a soft cloth. o Note: This method will not work for all stones as not all stones are water safe. 3. Sun o Method: Expose the stone to sunlight. o Source: Place the stone outside or on a windowsill that receives direct sunlight. o Duration: Limit exposure to 1-2 hours to prevent discoloration, even with sun-safe stones. Make sure to remove the stone before it gets too hot. o Note: This method will not work for all stones as not all stones are sun safe. Even if the stone is considered sun safe, try to still limit exposure. 4. Full Moon (my personal favorite) o Method: Place the stone under moonlight. o Source: Set the stone on a windowsill or an outdoor area that will catch the moon's rays. o Duration: Leave it out from twilight until early morning before sunlight. 5. Sound o Method: Use sound vibrations to charge the stone. o Source: Use Tibetan bells, singing bowls, or tuning forks. o Duration: Surround the stone with sound for about 10 minutes. o Note: This is especially useful for large stones or multiple stones at once without having to move them from their places in your collection. 6. Charging Stones o Method: Position the stone on or near a charging crystal. o Source: Use Selenite wands/charging plates. o Duration: Smaller stones may need a few minutes, while larger stones benefit from at least 24 hours. 7. Smudging o Method: Light an incense stick or a smudge stick, then gently wave it in a counterclockwise motion so that the smoke envelops the crystal. o Source: Sage or cleansing incense/smudge stick of choice. o Duration: Only a few moments should be enough to cleanse smaller stones. o Note: Always be careful when using fire. This method may prove difficult with larger stones. 8. Earth o Method: Burying the stone in soil. o Source: Bury the stone completely in soil outside (make sure it isn’t raining!). o Duration: Leave the stone in the earth for 24-48 hours. After removal from the soil, clean the stone in cold water and immediately dry it with a soft cloth.

Orders may take 2-3 business days to process before shipping. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or national US holidays. Occasionally, orders may take longer to ship due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you via email if this affects your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your address, shipping method, or cancel an order once it has been processed (within 2 business days of receipt).

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Please email us at dragonfishcrystals@gmail.com to initiate a return. Make sure to include your order name and number in the intial email and your reason for the return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item is damaged in transit, DragonFish Crystals will cover the return shipping cost. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days and include photos of the damage. If the you no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Crystals must arrive undamaged and in the original packaging and state they were shipped in to receive a refund.
